What buses are currently in Sheffield for the Special Olympics? They are all 'simplibus' branded if my memory serves me well, I think 10784 is one of them anyway but they're all 66 plate MMC E400s. I saw 10428 yesterday but thats the only one ive seen the special Olympics shuttles

I saw a post a couple of weeks ago suggesting some were moving to East Midlands along with them 2 massive Wright Eclipses 21201/21202 but alway took it with a pinch of salt, espically because 21201/21202 have recently been reinstated in Scotland.

These 2 are going to Kent. Planned vehicle cascades out of Scotland have changed somewhat of late due to a number of emergency tenders being picked up by Highlands to cover for an independent who has gone pop. The movement of the pair of Wright Commuters to Hull is still on the cards, just delayed, as far as I know. HTH

No, just over-nighting at Chesterfield depot en route from Scotland to their new home Both came off the M1 northbound, so that doesn't stack up. Don't care whether it stacks up or not. They set off from Fife, and ended the day at Stonegravels before setting off again for Kent. Presume the drivers - not local of course! - made an error which resulted in them being on the M1 north. HTH

5 Enviro200's have moved to Ecclesfield. 36414, 36415, 36717 and 36718 from Rawmarsh plus 36985 from Chesterfield. I presume these are to operate the 57 and 201 interworking.

A small number of E300 have moved across the other way, for the 220/221/222 cycle. The issue with the 57/201 is now the 7.5tonne bridge on Fox Valley Way, meaning Solos or E200s/Darts can only be used.

So the 57 has gone from a half hourly 'decker (a twenty minute service in First days) to an hourly Solo/ E200 during the daytime? That's some reduction in seats!
