Welcome to the thread & poll for the July 2011 Background Photo. We'd like to thank all members who submitted photos to us this month and to all members who have submitted photos in to us since August 2006. Sadly there can only be 6 photos that go through to the poll and these have been carefully selected by the staff members on the forum.
We would ask all members to vote in the poll so you can have your say and cast your vote for the photo which you think deserves to be placed on the background of the forum. Remember if you are a new member you will not see the background photo by default. In order to view the background photo you need to select the SYT skin in your profile.
Poll Closing Date - The Poll will be closed automatically on Friday 1st July 2011, and the new background photo will be uploaded on to the forum on that date.
How To Select - You just simply look at the numbers at the side of the photo, select your best one, out of the 6, then vote for that number in the poll. In the event of a tie, both photos will be displayed on the forum for a period of 2 weeks each.

Very good and tough choice this month, all nice summer time shots. Going with Option 1 however, due to the angle, set-up and also the backdrop on the photo.

Some very good photo's this month and is quite a tough choice. I particularly like Options 2/3/5/6. But I'm going to go with Option 6.

Good selection this month, it was difficult to choose between 1 & 2, though number 2 just swung it due to being a more interesting bus.
Number 3 is an interesting shot, it is unusual to see deckers showing 218 & 220.

Excellent photos once again - well done to all !!
As a member who can remember the old SUT coaches (just!) its so nice to see one back on the the streets of Sheffield , so No 4 for me this month .

All the photos that have made the final this month are good and I reckon it will be a tough one. I think that 1&2 are the most significant for this month with SCT not continuing with the 61/62 after July and the 40s coming off.

1 is rather good, as others have said it's a pretty decent selection this month.
