Who's been taking your photos? Solution to that is charge £20 per photo and if it comes to it take to small claims court.

Who's been taking your photos? Solution to that is charge £20 per photo and if it comes to it take to small claims court. 3 railway ones of mine on Flickr were taken and re-uploaded as the posters 'own photo's', a quick email to the person (asking him to pay for each image used) and they were gone, except it happened again with one of my photo's of Wabtec Doncaster, with the same person. So, just to safe guard them, they will be watermarked for a while until they stop being re-produced...

Have you tried changing your settings. I have just played around with his and have been able to get it set so that people who are logged in to flick and not contacts or people just browsing flickr can not download the picture, plus can only see a restricted size (1024x720). But his contacts can still download the full size original. I know it doesn't stop them taking a screen print and copying it that way. Its just a thought that's all

Do you do it by marking them as Private - viewable to family or friends??

Do you do it by marking them as Private - viewable to family or friends?? Viewable to friends only on there at the minute - so then I can choose pretty much who will be able to see them! If you click on them from here, it should just take you to a log in page if I'm not mistaken?

I'm not a contact of yours on Flickr (the lad is and prob cos most of my photostream is of buildings, statues and monuments and not buses and trams) so all I get is that the photo is private
