Currently a work in progress, latest being that primer was applied today after modifications were all sorted yesterday. It will eventually become T841MAK in it's rather nice Heritage livery it carried several years ago. This project has overtaken 229, as that is in for the rear end surgery (still)! It started life as a Brighton & Hove B10BLE, picked up for a small sum from eBay. Decided to go for the full thing and even stretch to the interior. Please note however This is my first Bus Modeling attempt - I've been a railway modeler for 5 years now, since the age of 12 (!) and I'm now 17, and decided to have a go at the bus scene, so please bear this in mind! Thanks have to go to Busman3 for providing me with decent shots of the rear and others who helped by trying to find some pictures for me! Here are the pictures; B10BLE Project... by TofskiBoy, on Flickr B10BLE Project... by TofskiBoy, on Flickr B10BLE Project... by TofskiBoy, on Flickr Now primed; B10BLE Project... by TofskiBoy, on Flickr The interior! Rather pleased with this. It has the black flooring to the edges and purple down the middle (not too visible here however); B10BLE Project... by TofskiBoy, on Flickr Comment what you think please guys!

Interesting you say that, I've seen the Ivory and thought it's a pretty close match! This one is done with Phoenix Precision Sheffield colours. That was the upcoming problem, transfers! I don't suppose you could do me a sheet for 841 that I could buy from you? It'd solve a major headache of doing them here! Ones we've produced before haven't gone to plan and there aren't many decent reference shots of 841 to pull the relevant bits needed and make them into transfers. Chris L

Thanks! Tamiya tape was indeed used, the whole side area covered and then the band was airbrushed. The blue was Sheffield Bus Blue from Phoenix Precision paints, however it was a bit thin covering so has seeped ever so slightly as can be seen in the pics. Cheers, Chris

Project back underway again, after a long, busy couple of weeks! Transfers are being applied as I write this. Come to another point where I need some help. Need to do the front blinds for it now. The Captain, don't suppose you could do a massive favor? I'm going to have it blinded up for 51 towards Lodge Moor, however I can't get a picture of the correct blind type for it. Non of the lower numbered BLE's appear on the 51 any more, with the small number matrix and winding blind. Could you blind up one for Lodge Moor 51 with this style on your depot travels please and take a front facing picture? I've asked a couple of drivers on the 25 at Woodhouse but they didn't want to do it. It's as per T841 still is now... www.flickr.com/photos/48303229@N03/8840960666/in/photolist-etfeAjThanks
