MAN ALX300 22423 on the 52 Not really unusual as its on loan there and as proved with the home fleet, everything goes on anything at Holbrook. Anyway, here it is having a bit of 52 action yesterday; www.flickr.com/photos/78103742@N04/15178144406/

Yesterday-11/09/14, Streetlite Olive Grove Streetlite 63131 on 72 in Sheffield Interchange at 07:51. Due to this running to Meadowhall, is this a Regular Olive Working and does it run onto the 76? Is it usually a Streetlite on X55 out of Sheffield interchange at 07:52-it was 63139.
Today-12/09/14:- Enviro200 on 37 to City Centre on Haymarket at 06:06. First time Ive seen an Enviro200 on other than Freebee, 56 or X55. Is this a Regular working now? I think it was 44926. ALX400 30938 on 84 Loxley on Castle Square at 09:57
Stagecoach SupertramLink Solo 47300 on 123 Crystal Peaks on Castle Square at 09:51 and then at Manor Top towards City Centre at 12:42, so was on allday.

Today - Sheffield:
60697 - 70 31129 - 97/98
Was on 33863 earlier, which was my first chance to go on one of our new E400s. I really can't understand how ADL is the most popular bus manufacturer in the UK, as those E400s a big step backwards from the B9TLs. They're just tin foil buses besides the Geminis. An unbelievable amount of creaks and groans from the bodywork, especially for something that's only 2 weeks in service. Even though I think the StreetLite is a bit a step down from a B7RLE (well not the ex-Glasgow ones we had until earlier this year of course, as they were sheds, but I've been on a few RLEs that FWY have, not to mention several owned by other operators, and they're generally great machines to travel on), it's still far better built than an E400.
Hopefully with the move to Euro 6 we will see the return of Wright bodied deckers in the First fleet, though I am concerned that the Gemini 3 doesn't seem to be as well made as Gemini and Gemini 2.
