9 of the ex Lothian Enviro400s are due at TM Travel (the remaining 6 will join the Notts + Derby fleet), with 631, 1170, 1179, 1207, 1209, 1210 moving across to Notts + Derby and 39 moving into preservation.
833 is still off fleet long term following the incident at Ridgeway back in March 2020. Apparently still awaiting a full replacement.

I'm a bit out of the loop on TM these days also of note is that the E400s were hybrids when new, but I think Lothian have long since disabled the hybrid powertrain and I'm not sure how feasible it is to reinstate (or whether TM would even want to)

I assume TM will have done their research on this before purchasing, but we'll see! found this article from 2018 on them being converted to conventional diesel, but it doesn't mention anything about Euro 6 or otherwise: www.focustransport.org/2018/09/edinburgh-enviro400-hybrids-to-be_17.html

At some point they've been retrofitted to euro 6 standards - the government's CAZ vehicle checker shows them as no charge in any clean air zone. vehiclecheck.drive-clean-air-zone.service.gov.uk/air_zones/complianceThese E400s though, whilst they've been converted to diesel, still retain the engine used to power the bus whilst it was a hybrid unlike later hybrid to diesel conversions, which is the whole reason they were removed from service in Edinburgh in the first place - in a similar vein to the First Glasgow conversions which are currently being scrapped, so it'll be very interesting to see how they perform on Sheffield's hills and in the Peak District.

Nice to note that some of TM's Solar Eclipses are now in their 21st year of service. Just goes to show buses are built to last and age needn't be a reason to scrap.
