Well since it doesn't say "RHA Terminal" merely "RHA" its open to interpretation. There's no promise it serves the terminal at all.

why should a bus timetable need to say RHA Terminal?
if it says Robin hood Airport that to me means where the X19, 707, 91 and 350 bus stops - not somewhere a good 30 minute walk away!
I think MASS need to get their heads around this. Anybody have a PTE timetable for the 191 (if MASS actually bothered to register the service) to see what stops it uses?

yes but it still says Robin Hood Airport, Hayfield Lane. not like anyone would trust any timetable coming off the TravelSouthYorkshire website with the recent episode of the M29 nor for that matter would i trust timings and routes off Mass's website.

Hayfield lane is part of the airport and i've seen MASS buses on that road and they don't go where the 91, X19, 707 buses go

They serve RHA, as in they stop outside it. Nowhere does it claim that the service goes into the airport site and to the terminal building.

It's funny that there are so many mentions here about their "image".
I remember reading once in the Sheffield Star, a letter had been sent in saying that First were far too image concious and this wasn't really necessary as long as the buses were on time.
Now for me this just goes to prove that First were indeed correct to worry about their image. You see a MASS/Leon/Whatyacallit turn up and there are no set standards at all. The website, as stated, is thoroughly disgusting, and all in all they are creating more harm than good as this is what the pro-car lobby uses to defend the comments that public transport is not a viable alternative to their cars.
Although I'm not a Stagecoach supporter, I am pleasantly surprised with their investments locally and this has to be welcomed. Even Wilfreda Beehive have a reasonable fleet, so why can't MASS?

Hmm - image is important, however it needn't cost much.
For MASS, how much would it cost to have the fleet in *ONE* livery - nowt, all they needed to do was decide and stick with one when it came to repaint time.
Equally, it wouldn't cost much for a lick of paint to tidy up their decent buses, and I'm sure that one-way trips to PVS for the Titans aren't too expensive.

They just have to be nicely painted, decent inside and kept maintained mechanically. It's this low-floor s*** that needs PVS treatment.

I suppose, but I think the MASS ones have deteriorated to such a bad state it would be best to scrap them and replace them with something decent. I'm sure that some Volvo Olympians wouldn't break the bank too much.

Thing is is if the Olympian gets as bad as the Titan before it then you get the same situation.

You therefore put systems in place to prevent that happening - I believe most companies refer to it as maintenance.

You mean they carry out "maintenance" at Old Bawtry Road? i thought not
only bit of maintenance they seem to do is sientific investigations to see which titan can grow the most mould each week along with painting with "Poster Paints" like at nursery on their buses, and of course trying to fit roof's back on the buses!
Im sure the best option here would be to send the Titans on their one way trip to Carlton and send Mr Straford along with him (wether hes a member on this forum or not im yet to be convinced).
Like said above if the titans were maintained they would be a hell of a lot better though newer buses are vital if that company want to "sucseed" and for Mike him self that means run decent services and make a PROFIT!

Well I'm a little suspicious after what happened to our resident ex-MASS employee.... perhaps messages were exchanged between him and a certain other new member?

ah looks as though we had a spy on this forum "rodger wood" by name who has now deleted his account for some reason!
Now the story is unfolding that a new account "Masstransport" is now a member of this forum though as of yet has not made a post probably after reading most of the messages on here darent! so lets just wait and see what happens.
