Photo number 3 shows herries road on the last night thats why the buses aren't stacked neatly , they were waiting to go to there new depot(s) indeed just after the photo was taken the pack was split, the rest of the depot contained very few buses.
There was a sheafline national in the dairy park which the Bedford tow wagon was about to remove, one of the pd tow wagons complete with snow plough was sat in the back. Buses running off service were refueled and then went to there new depots. However the last bus had not left as that occurred latter on. Herries was the last traditional brick built bus garage as latter builds . Greenland & East Bank used cladding for the sides.
