I popped along yesterday and had a look round enjoyed some of the layouts and the models.
Made me want to try and do my own layout but sadly limited spaced and clueless with that sort of stuff.

....once again the event was a resounding success , with record numbers attending once again ! Great to see many of you off here , and finally put faces to names - although as always , i found the day very hectic and busy all day , and again too short , as i could have talked for hours ! - shame it cant be a 2 day event , but obviously the church has "other issues" on a Sunday !!! Hopefully it will have inspired some of you will have a go at modelling and maybe even display at next years event ?, as we are always after more local models and exhibits to keep the local public interested ! Also glad to be of assistance in getting the B10 Project some initial interest , with many people checking out the stall and signing flyers and taking a general interest. We await results! On the financial subject , the show raised a record sum of £1100 (after costs) which put a broad smile on the face of the church treasurer and one of the worthy charities they support will benefit from this in due course. Many thanks for your support and kind comments , securing another show for next year , aiming to be even better !!!!  **** Next year's Show .... Sat June 16 , 2012 .  **** |

This years show approaching fast ! - SAT JUNE 21st !! All the final touches are now in place for this year's exhibition on Saturday. There will be lots of things on sale including a fine array of resin kits and other modelling materials from several trade stands. There will be a good number of model bus layouts and displays by members from Yorkshire and adjacent areas plus around ten working layouts featuring railways and trams plus one with motorised buses and Eheim trolleybuses. Refreshments will be available all day. Should be a great show 10am till 4pm ! |

The model exhibition takes place again this year on ....
*** SATURDAY 13 JUNE 2015 ***
This years exhibition will be the last at the current venue - so will be the biggest and best to date !
Currently looking for alternate venues to keep this exhibition local and annual . Any ideas welcome.
