Used to see them training and testing on the Trams through the night when i was on the all night 52s, they would come up to the Cathedral then return back towards Woodbourn Rd.

every time we have an intake on driver training they do nights as part of their training, I think they do one week nearer the begining of their training and one week nearer the end of their training.

Tram 201 has been going between Nunnery and Meadowhall overnight for the last few weeks, on test. This should be moving to the City Centre to be tested overnight in the next week or so.

At least its going to different places and lets hope it gets up Park Grange Road okay.

I thought they'd suspended testing on it or something, as I've seen no new photos or videos for a bit. Does anyone have any pictures/videos of it out and about on testing - I'd be very interested (and grateful) to see any!

Testing was suspended for a whilst a method of rerailing the unit was found incase it derailed. This Facebook page posts regular updates on the testing of 399201 so is something to keep an eye on:
