Dear Members,
The updated map is now available to view and download on the main website (link available below) from January 2012.
Some changes that have taken place to the map, following feedback from members and visitors include:
- The file size has being reduced from 5.6MB to 2.9MB, allowing for faster viewing and download.
- Map area has been expanded to include the Hope Valley, Worksop, North Nottinghamshire, Westwoodside and parts of North Yorkshire and West Yorkshire.
- Several additions have been made to the map, correcting previous mistakes that have been highlighted and also the addition of some previous workings that were not included (4 to Silverwood etc.).
- Font change to Myriad/Myriad Condensed to match all other illustrations on the forum and website.
- The rounded edges of all rectangular boxes have been straightened (Bus terminus boxes, Interchanges, P&R etc.)
- Boundary/Zone lines and boundary points have been changed from red to gold to avoid confusion with the use of red for the Sheffield Zone.
- Key has been expanded and made clearer.
We're keen to hear what you have to say about the map, if you have any suggestions for further updates that will come about as and when service changes take place.
