Hope all involved are ok. Certainly not very good for Arriva's new hybrid decker. Only a week old and already involved in a crash as bad as that.

Would be nice if you would nitpick correctly. According to my Oxford English Dictionary, busses is a perfectly valid alternative spelling for the plural of bus - just much, much less common than buses. And a web link for those who don't believe paper books ... grammarist.com/spelling/buses-busses/
