Rotherham's B10BLE's have apparently done a lot more miles than OG's. There was a mention about a year ago that most of RO's native ones are over the million mark and OG's highest was around 650,000? 60658 is the highest OG if I remember correctly. Had a feeling OG's highest would be a T-MAK.also Wonder what the olympians are on with their use on 272's I posted some figures last year in answer to a question here is some of it: 60699 YTD 34,880 MPG 6.19 60650 YTD 35,305 MPG 6.58 60719 YTD 26,814 MPG 5.80 69026 YTD 28,101 MPG 5.81 44927 YTD 17,232 MPG 8.42 30568 YTD 30,191 MPG 5.53 32308 YTD 30,196 MPG 4.66 33041 YTD 27,684 MPG 5.79 34099 YTD 23,860 MPG 6.95 37028 YTD 7350 MPG 4.84 37108 YTD 5337 MPG 4.63 37528 YTD 33,376 MPG 5.75

Wow. Would it be safe to assume (for people involved in the maintenence side) that there probably isn't one standard part on these vehicle chassis?
Wonder which manufacturers generally have the highest repair bills?

Wonder which manufacturers generally have the highest repair bills? Plenty of standard parts on Volvo chassis. Where bills start to mount is when there is different variants of bodys, upgraded chassis, or particular batches of buses that are budget intensive/low miles between breakdowns. There is only so much glass for instance a depot can have on stock and in the current climate sourcing from other depots/opcos is not uncommon. Major unit repairs split into warranty, outsourcing where an outside contractor gives an estimate then does the repair or specialist contractors such as ZF powertrain who handle the gearbox changes or rear axle rebuilds, Cummins for Trident/Solo engine repairs and localised repairs such as engine bearing/strip-rebuilds on vehicles such as BLEs where no specialised tooling is required. King-pins get done when picked up on exam and bearings get examined on planned intervals.

A bit of comparison with the Streetlites, 63039 (the one OG had) 38000 and 63040? (the one Essex had) 15000.

Especially the ones that do the X5's The unbranded 375XX's and 37485/6 will be higher than all the other native OG ones, ex 47/48 ones will differ slightly to the original 75 ones too. I imagine as Duncan says, X5 ones not much different due to it only being a short period since they took over. Might only be a difference of a few hundred miles on the Vodaphone wrapped ones even. I have a feeling that the ex-Leeds ones, despite being a year older, have less miles than native ones? Not entirely sure about that though.

I'm pretty sure the highest FSY B9s will be 37258-37265, 37257 was always a little lower as it spent a long period VOR when it was new. They are all around 400k.
