My understanding is that there will be a limited service through Sheffield Sunday due to engineering work, the only services that will operate are Cross Country, London services (although I think there is work south of Kettering as well), Transpennine Express and Leeds - Nottingham journeys.
All other trips are to be replaced fully or partially by buses.
The Norwich to Liverpool trips are running direct from Dronfield to Grindleford, whilst interestingly the Hope Valley stoppers are running Hathersage to Manchester, to turn around they are going to I believe run down to Grindleford switch lines and then back to Hathersage.
Buses out of Sheffield are running to Chesterfield, Meadowhall and Hathersage for connections.
EDIT: A couple of interesting ones from real train times website (which confirms the above) are Sheffield - York all stops by bus (2hr 40) and an all stops Sheffield - Huddersfield working Saturday evening taking 3 hours 2 minutes if actually called at each stop (appears to be alighting only after Barnsley though).

As well as the above the Norwich - Liverpool services will it appears be calling at all stops in the Hope Valley.
Interestingly some westbound TPE trains are scheduled to run to Manchester via Huddersfield, this to my knowledge is the first time any daytime services have been diverted this way (some of the overnight airport runs are booked to go this way, others go via Marple).
13.24 and 18.14 ex Sheffield are scheduled to go that way (Sheffield - Moorthorpe - Kirkgate - Huddersfield) as well as an evening run.
