I recall that when Mainline purchased Wilfreda they took on the competing 211 service as mentioned and also for a time operation of the 338 Barnsley - South Hiendley service.
I have also got trips on service 342 in my head, however I'm not sure if that is correct, anybody able to confirm?
Wilfreda did the tendered trips on the 212 for a while (Timetable used to show another name, Roeville Tours?) however I think these went before the Mainline takeover I think.
I think the only Clarkson route that was taken on was the X12, the other routes they did were either lost on tender or withdrawn before the takeover, I can recall the 25 to Stocksbridge (B&D took over), 116/117 to Cudworth (Withdrawn) and individual random trips on the X33 (Barnsley - Wakefield), 222 (Barnsley - Doncaster) and one on the 211 I think, all withdrawn at or before takeover.
Not connected to the takeovers but for a time they also ran on the 230 Barnsley - Meadowhall service after it was changed to run direct to Meadowhall from Chapeltown (as opposed to via Shiregreen), also run by Headlight and YTC/ B&D, anybody remember how long that lasted?

That's right. Several years after the original YTC 230 Barnsley-Meadowhall service ended, Mainline operated the route (often with Merc mini's) and headlight and B&D competed.
With the Wilfreda Beehive takeover came the Barnsley-Birwell-Hoyland-Platts Common-Wombwell-Great Haughton route which only operated on Sundays and evenings.
Around this time there were a fair few Mainlines knocking around Barnsley after about 5 years of just having the 227. The X32 was operated by SYT just long enough to see Mainline liveried coaches but I think the 165 had gone to Sheafline before any Mainline livery appeared on that route. I think at that time 'Mainline' was just route branding.

Ironically Wilfreda Beehive won back part of the Barnsley - Great Houghton tender in later years when it was service 65, they ran just the Monday to Saturday evening trips (18:15 to 23:15 ex Barnsley) with a mix of YTC and B&D running the Sunday tender (Mostly B&D from memory, YTC did runs while drivers were on breaks), this was around the time that Aston / Stagecoach EM had the 265 tender so a bit of variety in the evenings.

Forget how long that situation lasted ..as there were 2 other buses on that Barnsley to Sheffield route shearings x10..and Sheffield omnibus's 72 which extended once an hour past High Green towards Barnsley... SYT/ mainline stopped running the 265 and ran the later renumbered 165 with YTC after ytc bought out all the competition and typically ran only 1 per hour ... plus b&d x12 formerly x10.. SYT only ran 265 227 along with YTC in the 70s 80s into Barnsley Centre... 265 was the only service in Barnsley to have conductors on both ytc and obviously syt probably up to late 80s... BTW I'm pretty sure SYT ran the 271(?) Sheffield to Hemsworth route via wombwell along with YTC ...(The old sheff to pontefract route) Also SYT had a route from Sheffield to penistone through to Huddersfield and Halifax via High Green.. along with YTC? and MetroBus WYPTE.. and also the Sheffield to thurnscoe route (x91?)...

The X68 which became the 237/238/239 which became the X38/X39 (generally hourly at the Sheffield end) The Halifax bit was cut back to Huddersfield, then the majority of services split at Penistone - briefly this was a Chesterfield - Penistone service with Stagecoach as the 50/50a (and 55 at one point?) - another one of those corridors that used to see competition but now there's essentially no service (the 29 being a drop in the ocean compared to what once was) IIRC the X38 was via Meadowhall whilst the X39 was up Barnsley Road - some X68s ran via Penistone Road but I don't have a timetable for it

I think in the 80s it ran through to Chap the same route as the 265
