I've just been looking at a website called bustimes.org. It gives bus times for all services in South Yorkshire. It's quite nifty, easier than using a journey planner on some other websites. It also seems to give fleet in formation for the rolling stock each day, though I'm not sure how reliable that is! It might be of interestest to enthusiasts though!

The map has a few advantages over First's app, you can look at it on your PC/laptop rather than fumbling for your phone and the icons are in the colours of the bus instead of a standard bus icon and the fleet number is an advantage if you want to get a double decker rather than a small streetlite. Big disadvantage it doesn't say how many seats are left or if it's full.
