Just seen on Twitter that Powells and CT Plus are to close, and the routes they currently operate are at risk.

Just seen on Twitter that Powells and CT Plus are to close, and the routes they currently operate are at risk. Bit late here they are closing today 5/8/22 and so far only 113 in West yorkshire has been saved by arriva rest withdrawn until further notice |

Doncaster Royal Infirmary will be announcing how they intend to replace the buses to racecourse & Mexborough this afternoon at the moment HTC DRI shuttle will stop at 2pm today and DRI will temparaily use a mini bus to replace the double decker for the time being.

DRI have found new companies to run their two HCT services, one company started this afternoon on the shuttle to racecourse and a new comapny will start Mexborough service on Monday.

They haven't named them I will let you know on Monday which companies they are, the info released said the times are staying the same but the DRI shuttle to racecourse will all be single deckers. |

More former Powell's routes to be took on by cawthornes starting Monday 15th
5 city firth park with certain trips extended to via wincobank standon rd to replace 32/32a
A1 Waverly meadowhall peak hour journeys operated meadowhall Waverly only.
X20 Barnsley Doncaster rotherham by globe

Globe Have got the X20 and are Using 1 of Watersons Scania Omnicitys CA52 JJZ
Globe also took over Watersons on 1st August due to management retiring
