What are people's thoughts on running the tram Train to Dinnington? With buses on Sundays and evenings going 2 hourly and the SYMCA keen to play around with the tram network, I can see a market for it. It could join the mainline at Nunnery Square (where it runs parallel) and call at Darnall, Woodhouse, Kiveton and branch off by the open fields to Dinnington, possibly by the pathway on Lindrick Dale. I can see it being more popular than the Parkgate extension, with little required to connect it to the mainline. The Lincoln services are hourly, so wouldn't interfere much with pathing and would be able to take people right up High Street in Sheffield. Kiveton, Dinnington and Anston are quite large and highly populated areas, yet have an infrequent bus services that is facing major cuts. If central government are willing to fund tram extensions and this Network North business, and talk of reopining the Don valley Line, I think it could be feasible.

FYI - The X5 is only being cutback on Sunday evenings, to every 1 hour 40 minutes. Monday to Saturday evenings and Sunday daytimes remain hourly (appreciate the 19a is being cutback every evening and Sunday daytimes though)
