Scheduled for a big launch on Saturday 6th April. However, this all depends on how fast the "slow boats" take with avoiding the Red Sea on their maiden voyage...
221 also enhanced back to every 20 minutes from the same date, with both services having their hourly Mon-Sat evening service re-introduced.

Allocated fleet numbers 73001-23.
Pantograph/Charging facilities now just about completed at Rawmarsh. Due to issues at Rotherham Interchange with the landlord and a new sub station required, it's looking likely that the charging points won't be live and ready to use until around July. This will result in a number of bus workings running dead to/from Rawmarsh depot to allow for charging.
The only route banned from seeing the new vehicles will be the 218 (and subsequently the 108/109 which it will interwork with). This is due to Kilnhurst Bridge.

Scheduled to enter service Monday 6th May. There will be a soft launch with press/local representatives the same weekend.
Driver type training currently taking place on the 1 vehicle, with the other 22 still at Pelican. They are all now within the UK.
