Hmm interesting, but no buses should be movin to doncaster fom rotherham, as rotherham will ahve an increased woking load from his sunday, as they will be running service 30 in sheffield, and also service 24 in sheffield as far as aston loop, and the 27 aswell.
Unless they are just on short term loan can't think of why they was in doncaster, unless they are getting swapped for otherbues in doncatser, ready for when rotherham as the increased workings from ths sunday.

No this is true. Indeed, i am 99% sure that you will find '651/2/5' have moved to Doncaster from Rotherham. These for First fans are 60495/6/9.
The reason for this is the temporary transfer of Darts 40684-7 which are now at Rotherham. This is to allow some Doncaster based B10Ms to be released for driver training.

I'm not being funny here lapike, but did you actually read the last sentence of my last message before asking that? If you mean, why Darts specifically then the straight answer is a) Doncaster have no B6s, b) Doncaster needs it single deckers and c) Rotherham had available B10Ms.
It should be pointed out that the Darts in question are ones fitted with LED blinds, although it later transpires that one doesn't (40685 i think).

Bet it isn't! And can i ask why its good that 651 is at Doncaster because its refurbished, yet 652 isn't quite such good news?
I would hope irrespective of the refurbishment, that Rotherham provide the buses allocated to the X78. My experience however, suggests different.

Shame 652 as gone, really like the refurbished b10ms, and shame doncaster sent some darts! they could have sent something better, so i think i got the messag above, but i would just like to clarify if thats ok, as utterly butterly said here was 3 b10ms moved to doncaster, to allow some doncaster b10ms to go for driver training, and the 3 darts at rotherham are only temporary, so im taking t the darts will go back, but will the 3 b10m's be coming back to rotherham depot or not?
Cheers, Dave

Rotherham can allocate buses anywhere, especially the 3 brandd spuds for the 41/42 seen them on th 132/287/3/4/15/37/x78 before, aswell as the 1/2 branded buses. the x78 reglers, well ha was the regulers when i worked for first, were m716/7/20/21/22/23 vet and n757/9 cky, n758 cky seems to allways be on the 21 for some reson, even now. But now there seems to be a lot of H*** THL b10ms on the x78, aw h683 thl, and h680 thl the oher day on there.

Cheers, Dave Really don't know the answer to that. The X78 is probably the key to it all as from Sunday the service is split 50/50 at Rotherham rather than the current 66/33. I guess Doncaster's B10M requirement will then fall and they will return to Rotherham - albeit that they may be different B10Ms to the ones moved. And i can guess the next home for the Darts too - Barnsley (and not Stagecoach!). Actually, to split hairs, 3 B10Ms went to Doncaster in exchange for 4 Darts.

Right thanks for tha, personailly i hope rotheham get n755/6 cky back, and doncatser as now installed led destination screens on them aswell, but can just expect 623/602/3 coming back to be honet, saw 602 parked up out of service in rotherham on saturday aswell.

We'll just have to wait and see. I doubt the likes of 602/603 will be going anywhere internally as these are the kind of buses earmarked for driver training. Therefore, don't be surprised (although no guarantee) if thats the last you see of 602 as we know it.
