Hi does anyone now why there was an FTR bus in rotherham yesterday? I just managed to get a picture whilst i was in town, it was out of service, i prosume it was one of the leeds ones which was doing a test run, as they are all stored at rotherham depot, but not sure, any help with this would be great. Here is the picture:

I could shed some light on that, indeed i could also throw some wild speculation around too. Hows about its going to be used on a route between Rotherham, Mexborough and Thurnscoe? Nah.
It was just for some minor trials based on Interchange layouts in SY. Nothing more. You can stop being too excited now!

Nothing is impossible, although not aware of any plans fore such a visit. Given that it is only for testing, does a visit to Doncaster really moisten peoples lips?
