G607 NWA was on service 37 today, saw it this afternoon on service 37 coming down whinney hill towards dalton, was just displaying the number 37, and had no destination, allthough there was a destination screen displaying rotherham in the window, but anyone would have thought that rotherham would have left '607' on the 30 route as it as both destination displays, but then it interworks with the 27, but it has a crystal peaks destination, but doesn't have a rotherham one, which suprisingly most olive grove, and halfway buses youst to have, unless things have changed now.

Well I've definitely seen it on the 30 at least once displaying Crystal Peaks. I suppose as MOTI said, in Rotherham all B10Ms get mixed and matched. And I think 607's days are now numbered...

Indeed they are.
607 is unusual in still having Halfway blinds fitted which means such luxuries as Dore and Plumbley are carried, yet depot routes such as Herringthorpe and East Dene aren't. Strange world! Quite why it continues to carry it is anyones guess.
And in answer to the part question/part suggestion above, Olive Grove blinds were separated from Halfways some years ago (at a time when Halfway's life was seen as long) to create a more cost effective blind (from a replacement cost and rate of replacement point of view) therefore you have the strange scenario where Crystal Peaks is not carried as it was 'HW territory'.
The exception to this rule appears to be buses with older 'capital letters' blinds (such as 813) which still carry it. Indeed, the old Dominator blinds carried by 30550-2 actually carry Mosborough and Plumbley as evidenced on Saturday night when MOTI was carrying out his part drink / part audit standard weekend out!

Also M738VET, now a Rotherham bus I think, was on the 30 today poudly displaying Dore, so must still have an OG blind, suppose it is due an LED or a hand-me-down from a G-NWA? It had on odd set of mismatched numbers too!

Thanks for this cjm. Can i just ask, with mods head on, that for the above information a new thread is started for '738' in future. As much as anything else, though related, this leads to multiple threads on the same lines as people don't expect it there, nor does it make it easy to track down for reference.
Thanks for update nonetheless.
