Having seen both variants (Tram 115 and 124) I must say that I'm not overlay impressed with them. Namely the white background which doesn't seem to fit in well with the livery and just IMO looks a mess. Don't get the little Green/Yellow vinyls down towards the bottom of the windows either.

Ive had a few passengers say it looks incomplete cos it go all the way along the tram, it just goes from the Doors to the Doors and doesnt cover the Windows at the far ends. I think they should have used Yellow, Blue and Purple (Like the Route Colours).

I think they should have used Yellow, Blue and Purple (Like the Route Colours) That might just confuse passengers who may think the trams were branded for the route (and so not get on a "purple" one. Not saying I follow that logic, but you know it doesn't take much to confuse people! ;D

Are you taking about the advertisements that are located at the top of the windows? If so, I actually really like them. Something unique and new and it certainly made me look twice, as I'm sure it may have done to other passengers and passers by.

yep, citibus-there the ones. I agree with you Dougie about people being confused . The Yellow people seem to different on Different trams, but some of the trams have the same (If it makes sense)-i had only seen Trams 114 and 115 with the Branding originally.

I had a Yellow advert tram on Blue Route this afternoon-a bloke got on at White Lane and demanded to know why it was a Yellow Tram-I even got out to have a look at Destination-I said it says Halfway with a Blue Square-he was insistant it was yellow and started pointing at the adverts along the window

From What I have noticed, the following Trams are branded:- Yellow Dayrider Brandings (Between the doors it is a family on a day out. The End windows of the Middle section-Child being thrown into the air by a male, and on the Middle Window of the Middle section is a family on a day out, except 124 between the Doors its a family shopping.):- 101/104/105/114/118/119/122/124.
Green MegaRider Brandings (Between the doors it is a family shopping. The End windows of the Middle section-male and female business people shaking hands, and on the Middle Window of the Middle section is a family shopping.):- 103/106/107/111/115/123/125

I noticed today, the Supertram Link Solos have the same branding across the top of the Windows. Of the 3 I saw, 2 had DayRider Vinyls 47465 and 47469, with 1 having MegaRider Vinyls-47468. They also have the same Yellow people stuck onto the Windows.

Tram 113 is the first Tram to lose the Supertram Advert Vinyl's and stay in Supertram Livery. These was Yellow ones. Remember that Tram 116 lost Yellow Branding when it was Repainted into Genting Advert. I wonder if 113 will be repainted into a 'Celebration' Livery for 20 Years of Supertram? I think 113 was the First one to run Fitzalan to Meadowhall in 1994?

Yea tram 113 was the first public passenger run leaving MEI at 0613 on the 21st of March 1994. How long before did 116 lose its adverts before it went in for the Genting wrap?
Kind regards,
Aidan.

From what I can remember it went into the Sheds with the Adverts still applied before emerging in Genting Wrap, I am sure I had it a few days before the tram went in. Did it get underfloor refurb at the same time has the wrap?

Did it get underfloor refurb at the same time has the wrap? Well, I'd say the reason for the window adverts going is a mystery for now then if 116 went in with them still on. I don't have any under floor refresh records unfortunately so I don't know when 116 was refreshed. Kind regards, Aidan.
