these buses seem to have a different engine in them than the rest why and i think 47295-47296-47297-47298-47299-47300 may have the same engine but i don't know help please

Probably because they were Road Car vehicles and not Yorkshire Traction vehicles, the same goes for why Yorkshire Traction ordered Scania Omni Dekkas for Barnsley when for Lincoln and Skegness the norm was Volvo B7TL Vykings.
I'm sure a more 'mechanical' person could tell you why though.

They have the much better and reliable cummins engine. think they cottoned on that the merc engine was pants

I think when Tracky bought the origional Solos back in 2002 I don't think there was a Cummins engine option available.
