Is it true, the Alexander ALX400 Deckers in Sheffield are not been branded because they have rear adverts? If so why, do the adverts make a difference-I would have thought the rest of the bus could be branded. Also is there going to be branding done for routes 11/12, 75/76 and 97/98.
In Summary why do the buses need the branding on the rear-why can't the branding bejus on the sides and a rear advert on the back?

11 & 12 were to receive Pink Line branding, but due to the adverts this could not be achieved so the Purple Line was branded instead.
Why brand the 75 & 76 when are gaining B9TL's over the Summer.
Can not comment on the 97 & 98.
You can not just remove adverts, as they are paid for and are a contract and I would have though First would rather have adverts than brandings as they actually make a profit this way.
One thing related to this is why are the Mega Rear Adverts only placed on the ALX400's and not on the Geminis?

At least EOK did carry a rear allover ad when it was still on the 82 - for the new McDonalds "healthy" menu. But as far as I know, Geminis haven't carried them here, and it does seem odd... On a related topic, what will happen when the new B9s get adverts? Won't they obscure part of that daft face?

Adverts rip branding off, CBS outdoor wont touch geminis, dont know why. 31776-86 are perfect for ads so why not?. Yes adverts will cover the branding on 37472-486, is that a good thing?.
