Today; [POW] NLF Dart on 396 Solo on 396 I think on a Saturday the use of a Solo and NLF Dart is the correct allocation, from what ive seen its certainly been the case for the last month or so. Misallocations ive seen are as follows: [SIY] Volvo B10B on Service 226/229 - replacement for broken down bus 1 X Volvo olympian on Service 108/109 1 x Omnidecker on Service 11 1 x Volvo B10M on Service 6 1 x Volvo coach on Service 44 (Chesterfield) [FSY] 1 x Solo on Service 17/66/43/43A board [SCT] Not a misallocation as such but their former Valley Links Alero (The red one) was on Services 266/7. |

Rotherham have always had Solos, they are allocated to route 34, there was a B10BLE on the 34 today, so may explain the Solo, also a B7L on the 4/11 cycle and other on the 15/37 cycle along with another on the 32/33 cycle. Numourous SPD Darts on the 17,43,43A & 66, no SQP vehicles are required on these routes or even low floor vehicles until 20th July.
B7TL's are the normal allocation on Saturdays now on services 32,33 & 39.
Forget Carr Hill try West Hill! Carr Hill is like a little baby compared to West Hill.

Well anything is possible, can remember seeing 3 B7TL's on the old service 1 (Firth Park - Town) which required no larger vehicle than a Solo! now forms part of the M22. I have seen a B7TL on the 1,2 & 33 cycle before, although this was months back, can not see the 33 (changes to a 1 at Jordanthorpe Pub moonraker) or the 20/20A running with double deckers, 53 & 75 are the most likely candidates as the exhibition is at the Morrisons end of the park. Still if figures last year are to go on, you could fit all the people what attended on a B10BLE! it is utterly crap! I am at my Nanan's tomorrow in Woodseats so may have a walk through the park to the exibition and also note what vehicles are been used on the local services through Woodseats. |
