Hi, If the Optare Solo's that are causing trouble for Service 6 at Olive Grove, I was wondering if First South Yorkshire were able to acquire a couple more Solo's as back up and could be used on another route, such as 84 or Service's 3/4?
Alsoooo as Captain said the other day the B6BLE's are too wide, are the B6LE's too wide? These have Wright Crusader 1 bodywork rather than Mark 2???
Also could Service 70 be made into an all-day route?
Any more idea's?
Sean

Two of Doncaster's Solos (Y253/254 HHL) could be transfered to Olive Grove because the route they're supposed to be allocated to (68 Doncaster-Thorne) should be upgraded to either B6LEs/B6BLEs or SPDs judging by how busy the 68 gets and Doncaster could get some B7Ls or Scanias in return, if it was up to me I would do that I think it could be incorparated into 1/2, here's an example of how it could be done. From Meadowhall: 14:45 - 70 Crystal Peaks via Hackenthorpe 15:15 - 1 Jordanthorpe via Gleadless 15:45 - 2 Crystal Peaks via Gleadless 16:15 - 1 Jordanthorpe via Gleadless 16:45 - 70 Crystal Peaks via Hackenthorpe

arn't they just a B6, but lowered? Is it the chassis or bodywork that is wider?

So if Rotherham are receiving a couple of B6LE's from Doncaster and these will go onto the 34, will a couple of Solo's be moving over to olive grove?
