So the Class 56 is back home... well, a few of the Crewe made ones are.
Nice to have Jarvis Fastline based in Donny as well. Hopefully they'll go on to big things and grab traffic from the big guns.
One thing though.... Roberts Road has been designated as a new depot - are they building there or it just more of a stabling point?

Saw 56303 in what used to be called the electrification yard just outside dony station on the line to Mexborugh . The loco looked very good. Also saw 200905 & 20096 next to the plant. Thought I was in a time warp the year 2006 and seeing class 20's and a 56.
Decided not to wait for a deltic !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The 56's will operate another new service from Doncaster Europort - to Thamesport in Kent
