Out of interest does anyone know if Hobsons are still trading?
I've been up to their depot loads of times and as you'll see from my pics all that's ever there are the three withdrawn coaches (1 Scania and 2 heavily vandalised AEC's).
Maybe I've just been unlucky?

Just a word of warning for anyone who wants to go there to try to take their own pics... I had a rather dodgy moment there - as I took the pic from my car I was accosted by what can only be described as a low-life schizozhrenic drug-addict who wanted to know why I was taking photos in 'his car park'. (Bear in mind I was in a parking bay of the shops by the flats...). He had the cheek to tell me not to come back or else!  I just told him it was a good job for him I was wearing a £200 suit which I didn't fancy taking to the dry cleaners...  |

I have another one, which is just outside our area. What about Shaws PCV Training, who are based at Dronfield. They have 1 coach, a Bedford or Dodge, with Wadham Stringer bodywork. Just been looking through your brilliant collection and noticed an allover White Coach amongst Ashley Travel vehicles. Do you know what it was?

Rather bizarrely I was following that on the ringroad yesterday swfcforever (unfortunately no pic as I was driving) - it's registered J1PCV and there's a special Chrisrmas prize for the person who can reveal it's previous identity first |

I went past the G&R Travel Yard Yesterday and this evening and only saw the Volkswagen Transporter in the Yard. It looked deserted.
While Walking past, a Woodside Minibus went past and looked like to have Plaxton Beaver 2 bodywork. It had fleetnames and wonder if it was S21NET?
