Noticed that on a Saturday service the 4:05pm X78 from Frenchgate that runs to Meadowhall only, becomes the 5:20pm 43 Kimberworth Park.

What does the 602 Chesterfield College run off? yesterday around 15:10, I saw an Olympian on 602 heading out of Sheffield on Arundel Gate, I presume from Sheffield Interchange and just wondered what it ran off?

The 12:20pm X5 from Sheffield now works off the X78, until last week it worked off the Aston Services.

At 05:20, I saw an ALX400 go past bottom of my road on 17A to Sheffield, which gets in at 05:41. All I saw was that the Destination Blind has a Black Blank bit in the middle, didnt get fleetnumber. At 06:18, I saw an ALX400 on 82 to Ecclesall on Castle Square, with the same Destination Blind, with a Black Blank bit in the middle. Does the 17A run onto the 82?

The X14 into Sheffield at 12:15pm later appears on a 40 into RO at 5:25pm.

2 more interworking questions
On Monday to Friday's, does a 17A run onto Service 44 at Birley? Last Thursday, I saw B7L 60729 up at Birley Terminus, showing 17A City Centre at 07:10.
On a Saturday, I got off 60688 on 37 at Haymarket and when went past me it had 51 on Rear-does this run onto a 51. It was at 07:56.

On school holidays, do the vehicles on Powells 87 stay on the 87 all day? Most do, some go for driver relief of the FreeBee in Rotherham, or to do an X7 from Sheffield in the afternoon I think. |

There is a certain swap of buses in the afternoon from service 18/18A at Dinnington to cover the x7.... maybe on 87 too.

Does the 20:45 departure 17 from Meadowhall run off something? Last night I saw 60725 on Halifax Road turning in to Parson Cross heading in the direction of Meadowhall around half past six and then later saw it on 17 doing the 20:45 departure. Maybe it did something first and then ran on to the 17?

Do services 218 and 221 still interwork in a Evening and Sunday? I think the 4 now interworks with the 221. Certainly did the other night, ran into bus station at 8:57pm and then ran onto the 9:05pm 221. Not sure if the other 4s interwork, though most of their turn around time is now at Cedar Drive, with only 4 minutes allocated in Rotherham Interchange (56 - 00 mins past each hour). |
