Interesting, does anyone have a link to an Isle Coaches fleetlist? They seem to have quite a lot of vehicles that come and go regularly, but not many service routes to use them on.

At one time didn't the owner used to also buy/ sell buses as well as run the bus company (90s i think)? I wonder if this is still done to some extent? As you say buses seem to come and go very quickly.

Isle had Volvo Olympian P927 RYO on 3pm 291 from Doncaster. The blind on the front works like this:
Owston Ferry 291
On roller blinds & was in full livery.

Funny how Isle keep buying step entrance single deckers of a similar age range (Ikaruses, Flytes, Paladins, the Delta, the Prisma, and now another Strider) rather than moving over to low floor - although the Tridents are an exception, has anyone actually seen these in service yet?

Would look better without the blue columns on the front.

Would look better without the blue columns on the front. Agreed. Smart though for a little independent. I guess the deckers are generally just for schools work?-so head for depot for 2ish for pics?...

Yeah they have a double decker on the 291 on a saturday but they use an Olympian instead for some reason, yes doubles are generaly on school runs. school buses leaves the depot between 2.30 and three, it seems to change so somewhere in that time range.
