Does anyone know if there is an 00guage kit of a Dennis Dominator (SYPTE or very similar version) available from anywhere?
Many Thanks.

There used to be a white metal kit by Pirate models i believe? Been looking for one for ages for myself actually, My Dad has one half built somewhere in the loft which he says he will finish one day!

It was made by the Model Bus Company (MBC) but is no longer in production. Unfortunately it is a white metal kit , and is a real pain to build ! Heres the details of the kit i acquired at a Toy fair... ...needs some cosmetic repairs ... ...but eventually does make a superb model as seen here !... The same company also makes the little Domino kit as well . Main sources these days are toy fairs , rallies and Ebay ! Expect to pay around £20-25 for the Dominator, and around £15 for a Domino. Apparently there is a resin model Dominator due out this year by Wakey Models . I will keep you posted !

Excellent model Stuart - superb hand painted stripes and lettering which must have been so difficult to do ? A lot easier now thanks to the advent of computers and transfer paper !! The model you have would have been the rare Anbrico model , which did the 1981-84 version of Dom - which had the window vents with verticals , then MBC took over the kit and tweaked it a bit - ie removed the verticals on the vents ! - and called it a 1984 model !
