Down to one lane inbound due to gasworks traffic back to town fields. Chaos with lane jumpers.

Yes there has been problems all day. I was on board a Bus and the driver asked the Radio controller if he could go down East Laith Gate. There was an 88 that went down Kings Road and Silver street as it was quicker than being stuck in traffic for 20 minutes!
I would suggest catching 67/68/69.

I tried to get 77 to avoid Christ Church unfortunately it was running 15 minutes late so that scuppered that idea.

The following services in Doncaster have faced delays: 15/50/50A/54/65/66/76/77/81/82/83/85/88/88A/91. Also a B7L was on 66 which didn't start it's journey from Intake it just traveled light from the Depot to Doncaster Interchange as it was delayed!

Well unless 77 interworks with another route it shouldn't have been affected. The laughable thing was if they had just made all outbound traffic go down Princes Street instead of making it one lane to allow traffic to swerve around the works none of this chaos would have happened.

The 50/50A is badly affected as well with the Railway Bridge at Adwick being closed from Tonight whilst Sunday for emergency repairs, bus will run as the Wilfreeda Beehive 52 from Doncaster to Carcroft via Bentley as a diversion which will make the 54 have to run deckers on all trips as it will be rammed full.

Wouldn't the best idea would be to divert the 50 via Jossey Lane and that brings you out at Bentley and continue from there as a 52 to Adwick.

Any traffic near to Christ Church would have certainly affected the 77 (and 76) and the majority of most routes, interworked or not. Traffic in DO is chaos at the best of times but when it starts to back up and gridlock sets in, the entire DO town centre area becomes mayhem. I try to avoid it when possible.

Your correct on this one, as all Buses have to operate via Tradford Way which is usually congested the majority of the time especially during rush hour. Whenever one part of Doncaster is gridlocked the traffic usually effects the traffic on the other side of the Town....And the junction of Silver Street and Market Road is always congested which may effect 76/77.
