Cant wait transit if i was doing it i would put it in the Mainline livery with the silver stripe that was a good livery.

I would say SYT "standard" to go with your Metrobus! you may have to do a poll on the matter!

...heres an update on progression so far ! - Bus all stipped down to basic shell. All outer paint removed. All body mouldings filed off. .... hopefully this will be the worst it will look !!! ....

Silly question, but wouldn't it be easier to simply do an SYT Metrobus Mk1? I.e one of the JHE xxxW series? I suppose you'd prefer a challenge though! Haha

Haha ....funny you should say that ! - already done it earlier this year !!!! made from same doner model , with remade doors , moved centre entrance to SY spec , moved staircase inside ect ! - it was while making this , which gave me the idea what else i could do , hence the Dom project ......

...update on the big Dom ... upper deck windows raised 1mm , lowered 2mm lower deck windows lowered 3mm ...a boring , horrible job which has worn out 2 files already , and that is just the nearside - Now on to the other side !!!

...just a pic to show how the windows were altered (o/s) The centre one shows the small holes drilled The left one shows the surplus steel cut away The right one shows the finished result after filing - this window is a new one , as it was where the staircase was) The upper deck ones are marked out awaiting their work !

How do you fill in the bits you don't need, so for example, a window will have to have been removed for where the new locations of stairs is, so how would you have filled that window in?
