Would say M723 VET, certainly gets so power out of it, another good one but now withdrawn was N759 CKY the Rotherham Corporation liveried one.
I know which is the slowest bus in South Yorkshire and that would be 31025 / S125 WKY, now try catching that on the X12 going up the motorway, we actually created a traffic jam on the M1 with that bus, until it decided to give up and we ended up on Hard Shoulder 500 yards short of Junction 37 at Dodworth.

Totally agree, it used to practically stop moving up Stainborough Hill on 23s to Stocksbridge on the odd occasion it turned up. The rest of the B6L(B)Es are bad, bit this is a whole new level.

The Slowest bus I have ever driven for FSY was 60609. At the time I was running the 77 when it used to go up through Foxhill. It would do 25mph on the flat, so you can imagine what it would do up hill! 60608 was also quite hideous! Captainsharpe - hope its now better! Leon's 117- GSD723V would only do 25mph for some time - and they looked suprised when I moaned about it! FSY 31133/4 were absolute rockets for ages, but not driven them for some time. 31804 was a very decent machine to. ;D

60609 must have had some repairs, I certainly find it one of the better N-CKYs, certainly nowhere as bad as 60608/60617.
