Do you mean Schwabisch Gmund Way Someone once asked me what the stop before Barnsley Interchange was. I could just picture their reaction on the other end of the phone 'What you saying?!' So how many times did you have to repeat it.

Someone once asked me what the stop before Barnsley Interchange was. I could just picture their reaction on the other end of the phone 'What you saying?!' So how many times did you have to repeat it. In the end I just told them it's in the town centre near to ... I wouldn't even know how to say it! My German stretches to 'Guten Tag' and 'Danke' and the two German lyrics in Franz Ferdiand's Darts of Pleasure.

There was a green MASS bus (either a Spectra or Trident - hard to tell from behind!) broken down on Tickhill Road in Balby/Woodfield at about mid-day today - presumably on the Tickhill-McAuley service so would have been there since 8am! Was being looked at by a mechanic.

Might have been going back to the depot after a school run. Was heading towards Doncaster though rather than back to Tickhill/Anston.

A very very strange and unusual sighting for you today from Tm Travel, [TMT] YN54 SYG - 122 Dinnington [Sheffield] - Spotted in Eastwood at 13:27. (If not swapped this should be tonights 122 bus leaving Rotherham at 17:30, 19:30 & 21:30 and returning back into Rotherham at 18:55, 20:55 & 22:55 although the last bus regularly misses and does not run). I thought Centros was an overkill on this route, looks like I was wrong now that the Lowlander as been on the 122 route. [SIY] YN07 KSO - 218 Barnsley [Barnsley] - Spotted in Eastwood at 16:31. Which part of eastwood do the 218 cover? St Ann's Roundabout, St Ann's Road & Rawmarsh Road (top end). Older members on here may know the area as St Ann's or Eastwood Village but neither of these areas are actual areas now and the area is known as Eastwood. Same as did you know that Retail World is actually in Eastwood! and the Fire Station and Gala Bingo is in Aldwarke! In some aspects the districts of Eastwood still exist within the council such as Eastwood Village which is the old area of St Ann's & the Mixed Race area, Eastwood Middle is the main council estate between Fitzwilliam Road & Doncaster Road and also Eastwood Trading Estate and then there is Springwell Gardens which just covers the Springwell Gardens estate.
