You've just reminded me to post that K324FYG now has small Brightbus fleetnames! A different font to the ones carried by Dragons and some Titans. Ia it similar to the ones on the YorCard bus (picture)? On the windscreen and rear wheels... Yeah, same font as that, but in blue, an on the nearside below the lower deck window line. EDIT: just seen that the photo also has the ones I was referring to on it.

Sean In case it got attacked perhaps? Most likely explanation is that the last 58 actually had passengers on for stops into city and hence had to run full route. Even if I had been on and dropped last passenger off at Hillsborough I would still go down through Shalesmoor, Ring Road, and out via back of Meadowhall back to depot.

Unilink DD on 6 Darnal Solo on 66 These seem to be increasingly common - I know that they are run by different garages, but it seems odd to run a Solo on a regular Decker route whilst a Decker runs on a Solo route.

It would have been normal allocation, but 53035 was changed over early on as gearbox has finally had it, kept slipping in drive and completely lost reverse. The spare optare 53034 is on test. 30554 deputised, all olympians out but the saving grace is at least 30554 has no brandings. We did joke about putting a B9 out but we only had 37479 spare-branded.

Feel sorry for you CS1, Solos are becoming a real nuisence, might I suggest loaning a B6LE from Doncaster so you can put it on the 6, T456 JDT maybe

We did joke about putting a B9 out but we only had 37479 spare-branded ;D I'm glad you can keep a sense of humour - it must be frustrating to have such a large garage, but so few spare resources, so that it only takes one thing to go wrong to upset things. For the cost of one Gemini the could spend a few quid on small improvements that'd be much more noticable to the passengers. Makes me wonder about the 6 though. There are no more Solo routes at Olive Grove, despite a few routes suited to them (hence my idea about the 3/4/84) - given how "standard" First like to keep things, how long will they want to keep a small number of Optare minibuses for one route? Don't mean to stir things, but...
