This is starting to get boring now and im getting bit fed up of it i suppose other would agree. 8 hours of hell at work, a short stretch of sleep, log-on and hey presto! everyones still throwing handbags and teddys all across the Forum over Augusts picture of the month. And now we have the added extra of "we have already seen this picture so it cannot be used". 2 things: 1. Not everyone has read the thread with option 3 in it-the 40+ votes vouch for that. 2. I had one of my pictures of 60603-60605 included for voting on last month which had already been seen in the B10M thread-no complaints there (posted anyway!). Simple solution: turn your background off when option 3 is elected. |

...what gets me ....when all the fuss has died down and we pic a winner ....... how do we see the pic , or do we just see the 1/2 border of the said winning pic around the edge of the screen obscured by the posts  !!!!!!!!!!! |

Yes it would be a good idea if you could just see the skin by pressing a button in your profile but the pics are available to see ,all the submitted ones, in another part of the site. www.sy-transport.fotopic.net/when they have been added |

Once again has only one person taken all the photos for this months background photo? I ask this because same as last month all photos have copyright South Yorkshire Transport across the middle of them. no I think they have to put that on tho to stop people nicking them But it is marked copyright SYTF, surely the photographer owns the copyright not the forum? |

The shot of 60603 up on the Stubbin is mine and to be honest I'm happy that something else has won it as I feel that there will be a lot of the B10M from the farewell day next month. To be honest 2101 yours is actually the better picture maybe its the content? I'm guessing I allready know the vehicle which will win Septembers poll (60604) maybe the pond street shot is just people remembering the good old days? depends on the age of the voters i suppose? I dont think next months comp will be as cut and dried as first thought ! By next month we may be a bit tired of the pics of 60604, and a certain person may find another golden egg in the loft ! - or...what if something unexpected turns up at Meadowhall , like 271 did last year !!!!!  |

ADMIN A question can you confirm that all photos that are recieved for the monthly comp are then placed in the gallery ? Mine wernt last month but i put it down to them being the wrong size maybe? |

Busman3, So long as they are the correct size that meet the requirements, then yes - all photographs submitted are included into the Gallery section. Speaking of which, I need to get the updates in place for the August background photos on the Gallery.
