Not sure what is happening with the 136 as this seems to suggest stagecoach are reverting back to an evening / Sunday service.

That's very interesting because Stagecoach operate the 136 every 90 minutes. Therefore as demand will surly be growing, First taking it back over means the level of service will be declining not increasing. The 57/a, I wonder if that will be permanent change? it's sounds better for Stocksbridge as First 57 at night and on a Sunday doesn't run that far? I wonder if First have had enough of the 57 and Stagecoach are thinking instead of running the SL1/a we might as well run fewer services straight through? Another possible permanent fixture?

Both 136 Stagecoach and First 57 are basically tendered journeys they operated before lockdown. 57, 57a only running Hillsborough to Stockbridge every 30 minutes combined, so no direct bus to Sheffield anymore from Stockbridge/Deepcarr

I can see that potentially being on unpopular move with commuters when they return to work! Is this going to be semi permanent then do you know? I can see many things to get use to in the next few months! Hmm.

That's such a shame, I'll miss the x6 between Sheffield and Wickersley, it may be back next year when foreign holidays return to some normally, after a vaccine is found perhaps! I wonder if this means Powles will regret withdrawing the x7?

I am surprised the 70 survived for so long when First created 72 and 73 it was only really useful as a quick way to town mainly it was used by call centre workers going to OneCall. Pity Stagecoach didn't try diverting 22 and merge it with 70 some Tickhill passengers might have appreciated being able to go to Lakeside outlet. As for 221 I caught it last week really is a long chore around Conisbrough x20 was a nice quick trip.

Interestingly SEM are still only running one 22 per hour, although they have increased 19's to every 30 minutes and some local runs in Worksop to every 30 minutes. I hope things change by June 15 if the shops open because I can see problems if not! Also Stagecoach Yorkshire Sheffield/Doncaster seem to have reinstated most evening trips. SEM haven't. Hope this isn't a sign of the future!
