What is the state of the bus like? Will it need gutting and effectively be rebulit? Or is it in reasonable condition? The bus is in very reasonable condition, and does not need a total rebuild. It will be put inside the Sheds on Saturday, and then we'll assess it. It runs and drives, and only has defects that you would associate with inactivity. The last operator of it used it as a night club bus, and had spent quite a lot on it, including re-upholstery, and a very decent paint job. Though the seats are now not original, they are fine, for now at least. Our intension is to sort it out mechanically, and MOT it, and then a give it a suitable repaint into original livery. Your average former SYT/SYPTE bus that comes our way is usually completely worn out, and needs a complete rebuild, either bodily, mechanically, - or both. I'm pleased to say that 2013 is not one of these - a refreshing change you could say!

Fair few liveries to pick from as well - assuming one of the SYT coach liveries might be popular considering 2013 is a coach-seated example? From a purely selfish POV, I'd like Mainline red and yellow purely because I grew up on the 502 bus route. Anyway, hoping to see her very soon!

Popular opinion within the ranks at the SYTT at the moment is the as delivered cameo and brown Fastline Livery. I quite like the cameo and red fastline livery though!

It's quite an attractive livery that! Good choice if it comes to fruition. Anyway, I am sure the paint job isn't exactly the top priority at the moment. Looking forward to taking a ride on 2013 in the not too distant future!

I only thought we now had 2013 and K1 GRT as preserved bendi-buses. It would be interesting to know what condition CRM 927T and the V reg are in. A quick check show FWA 450V owned by someone at Bolsover Chesterfield.
