Erm no, it was 2023. If you are going to try to make me look like an idiot, atleast get the facts right or you will only end up making yourself look like one. And yes, not returning to Stonegravels would tie in with the working theory of an unusual vehicle being off fleet at Rawmarsh. You know, I've tried to hold off getting involved because I don't like the idea of piling on, no matter how much of a fool someone is making themselves look. But making such a meal of a typo and ignoring the actual content of the post really is demonstrating you are doing your best to troll rather than actually making a meaningful contribution to this forum.
It's getting to the point where I actually don't want to bother coming on here as rather than getting useful information and insight pretty much every thread has become dominated by one person who just wants to boost his post count and is happy to post utter nonsense and jump on the most minor thing to inflate an argument. It's not what this forum is supposed to be about. I'm sure you've got a positive contribution to make, but you'd be far more respected by the other members if you stuck to being positive.
I don't need such a junior member telling me that I am a troll. I know what I am and what I do and I bring a lot to this forum. The fact you think every thread is dominated by me is a sign that I keep the forum alive. I'm now well on my way to becoming a Traffic Manager. I don't need you to tell me what this forum is supposed to be about. How would I know if you made a typing mistake? There is an edit button on posts. |

I wasn’t comparing the MMC to the E200…that’s you that compares one end of the spectrum to the other. I was simply pointing out age isn’t the only factor. Come on then know it all…what damage does the E200 have exactly from its RTC…do tell… Also, just for the record, I’m not disagreeing it won’t get repaired (as I don’t know what damage it even has, or what the circumstances were), I’m disagreeing that you think it’ll be repaired just based on its age and nothing else. A low speed collision, the damage would be minimal if all. If it was at a significant speed with something heavy, such as a bin lorry, then there could be parts such as headlight frames, glass panels etc that need replacing. I believe this was the bus that hit a motorbike at Topley Pike. If that is the case, the damage will be very minimal. It certainly isn’t the same bus. 36994 has been at Holbrook since new. |

You don't keep the forum alive by posting incessant drivel - indeed you are pushing people away who want to actually talk about the local transport network. The serious posts are getting drowned in all the noise.
There are plenty more 'senior' members than me pointing out your trolling, but it's good you at least admit you know you are a troll.

Social media has to a large degree taken over, any new member visiting this forum with a view to joining will be met by an absolute wall of garbage about really intelligent things like buffers on buses. We have one member on here who despite being told things numerous times still ignores respected professionals and insists he is right about everything and the rest of the world is wrong. In common with many Forums, it’s a token thing based entirely in post count (and nothing to do with post quality) Some of the best posters do so infrequently but people pay attention when they do I’ve warned before about derailing threats by chatting about how many posts someone had made - no more warnings |
